Meet Greer Christian
Founder & Managing Partner
Greer Christian is an enterprise builder, executive strategist, educator, and business of sports practitioner with more than 30 years of leadership experience across strategic partnerships, enterprise sponsorships, brand strategy, financial services, higher education, and entrepreneurship.
Throughout her career, Greer has led initiatives with organizations including Walmart, Wells Fargo, JPMorgan Chase, Citibank, and Charles Schwab, helping organizations strengthen their brands, build strategic partnerships, navigate complex decisions, and create meaningful business and community impact.
Her experience as both a corporate executive and entrepreneur gives her a practical understanding of business from multiple sides of the table—from evaluating opportunities and managing risk to building partnerships, navigating growth, and making difficult decisions when circumstances change.
Today, Greer brings that experience to her work through Vigilant Management Group, advising businesses and nonprofit organizations while also helping athletes and families understand the business behind opportunities in sports.
She develops graduate curriculum in Sports Management at Dallas Baptist University and has previously taught at Southern Methodist University and Texas Christian University. As a thought leader, Greer speaks to athletes, sports professionals, students, business leaders, and industry audiences on the business of sports, athlete branding, strategic decision-making, entrepreneurship, and business ownership.
